| How do I get rid of a clicking noise every few seconds? |
Windows 95/98/2000: Open the Start Menu / Settings / Control Panel and double click on the "Sounds and Multimedia" control panel. Choose "Sounds": tab, scroll down in the "Sound Events" window until you reach "Windows Explorer" and under this you will find "Start Navigation". Click on "Start Navigation" and you will see a .wav file appear in the "Name:" box. This is the sound that is associated with the click sound. In the "Name:" drop down menu, select "(None)" and then hit "OK". This will set no sound to be played when you're navigating on the web. |

| How do I get my PD credits? |
1) View a course for the full duration. 2) When finish the course, click on the quit button below the video screen. 3) The next page will present a link that says “Proceed to examination”, click on the link. 4) Answer the question “Did you view the course?” 5) The system will record your credit and will send you an email to confirm the credit. You may run a report to view your total credits earned. Reports are available on the main page when your first log-in. |
